Pure Blue Aqua – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pure Blue Aqua mobile application (the "App") and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Orders & Delivery

Orders are subject to availability and serviceable areas. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational constraints or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address you provide.

3A. Shipping

Products will be delivered on the date and within the shift (e.g., morning/evening) selected in your order.

If no delivery date/shift is mentioned in your order, the order will be delivered on the next working day.

Note: “Working day” excludes public holidays and declared non-service days in your service area.

Cancellation requests can be raised through the App or support channels before the order is out for delivery. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or wallet within 3–5 business days as per gateway timelines.

For quality-related concerns, raise a complaint with photos/screenshots; resolutions may include replacement, partial or full refund, or credits based on our assessment. We do not accept returns; refunds only.

7. Service Requests & Complaints

We provide in-app options to raise complaints and service requests regarding orders, delivery, or product quality. You may be asked to provide additional details or screenshots to help us investigate and resolve the issue.

Storage – requested only when you choose to attach screenshots while submitting a complaint or service request.

We do not request access to contacts, SMS, call logs, or precise location.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect and how we use it.

11. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Pure Blue Aqua or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

12. Disclaimers

The App and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Blue Aqua shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the App or services.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pure Blue Aqua, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the App at any time.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.

17. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Pure Blue Aqua account and all associated data at any time by contacting us via contact@pureblueaqua.com or using our Contact page. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
